Please give me a way to contact your customer service with a working number, or help me operate the product I purchased. I need a new disk or help on getting what was sent to work. I have tried this number over ten times at different parts of the day and it does not work, there must be some way to contact your APBA headquarters to get help, or this is not a good way to treat customers. The number you give to reach you at ************ sends me to a ******** center. What do I do to get the disk to load and operate on my computer. My windows operating system is Windows 8.1. and it shows a small window to unzip the files, I do what it ask by pushing the button and it says successful and nothing happens. I open up the files and go to the FE2022 exe. I place the disk in the drive and it sounds like it is trying to read the disk and nothing appears on the screen. The cards came but the disk is inoperable-I sent the following e-mail on 2/18/23 The disk I ordered for $***** dollars won't load on my Personal Computer. I hope they wake up one day and realize this isn't the way. Read the other complaints above and on Forums, the most common denominator is They just don't care. Now i realize this is a small niche business, but when you carry the attitude that people are not worth your time, shame on you ****. On the **** ******* they have a unsubscribe button, which i clicked. I sent tech my question, 10 days later still no answer. I purchased **** GO APROX 2-3 weeks ago,Now i have only have experience in Baseball for Windows ,(i told **** SUPPORT this) There was an a setup i didn/t know how to apply.
